About Us

This site was created in the hope of promoting and bringing together some of the research being undertaken in regards to Alfred Russel Wallace, the co-discoverer of the Theory of Natural Selection.

It is hoped that much of the material that will slowly be built up within this site will become the foundation work for a future exhibition on Alfred Russel Wallace to mark the centenary of the death of Wallace in 1913. What is becoming known as 'Wallace 100'.
